Step 1
Tell us where you will work
Ralli uses the work country to choose the correct payroll and work-authorization checklist. Canada is the active launch pack today.
You can save your progress and come back later.
Step 2
Confirm your right to work
Ralli reviews the work rights that apply to the country and situation you selected. If your residence or physical location differs from the work country, expect a document review.
A SIN card or confirmation letter is not an identity document. Upload the document that proves your identity or work status in the appropriate upload section.
Government ID
Upload a clear passport, driver’s licence, or other government-issued identity document accepted by Ralli’s review policy.

Work authorization or status document
Required for permits and for situations that need an out-of-country or cross-border review. If you are a citizen or permanent resident currently working in Canada, Ralli may not require this document.

Step 3
Set up payroll
Ralli needs the payroll information required to pay you and report employment income. Full banking details stay inside the private document vault.
Quebec workers must upload the applicable provincial form.
Federal TD1
Download the current federal form from the Canada Revenue Agency, complete it, and upload the signed/confirmed copy.

Provincial / territorial TD1
Use the applicable provincial or territorial form from the CRA TD1 forms page, unless you are confirming that it is not applicable.

Payment setup document
Upload the selected void cheque, bank letter, or direct-deposit form. This is required for Ralli to pay you.
Choose a payment method first.
Step 5
Review and authorize
Ralli will review this private file. A green Ralli verified check appears only after a company reviewer accepts the required information and documents.
