Ralli brings worker profiles, availability, job requests, shift coordination and recorded hours together in one place. Our goal is to make it easier for people to find work that fits their skills and schedule, and for employers to reach suitable workers when they need them.
Prince George is our launch market. Ralli supports work across construction labour, carpenter and trade support, warehouse work, cleaning, moving, office support and other roles. Each assignment sets out the work, location, schedule and requirements so both sides know what to expect.
For workers
Create a profile, tell us about your experience and qualifications, choose the types of work you want and set your availability. Workers complete onboarding and any required review before being eligible for assignments. When an opportunity fits, review the details and choose whether to accept.
For employers and people hiring
Describe the work, worksite, shift times, number of workers and any qualifications or safety requirements. Ralli helps coordinate suitable workers and keeps shift status and recorded hours organized. Businesses and individuals can use the platform to request help.
