Using Ralli

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the Ralli website and workforce platform by workers, employers, employer team members and visitors.

Effective and last updated: September 15, 2026

Please read these Terms before using Ralli. By creating an account, clicking an acceptance box, posting or accepting work, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ralli Workforce Inc., operating as Ralli (“Ralli,” “we,” “us” or “our”), governing the Ralli website, accounts, tools, communications and workforce services (together, the “Service”). If you use Ralli for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.

Additional terms may apply to a particular worker relationship, client relationship, job, assignment, payment, promotion or feature. These may include an employment or contractor agreement, assignment confirmation, client service agreement, pricing terms, workplace policy, safety requirement or privacy consent. Those specific written terms control if they directly conflict with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement and legally permitted to use the Service. Workers must be legally entitled to work in the location of an assignment. An employer account may be used only for a legitimate business or organization.

You must provide complete, current and accurate information; protect your password and sign-in methods; and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts are personal unless Ralli expressly provides team access. You may not share a worker account, impersonate someone else or allow an unauthorized person to use an employer role.

We may require identity, business, qualification, payment, work-authorization or other verification before activating an account or assignment. Verification status can be reviewed, changed or withdrawn if information expires, changes or cannot be confirmed.

3. Ralli's role

Ralli provides technology and operational services that help employers request labour and workers find and manage opportunities. The legal relationship for a particular assignment—including whether Ralli, the employer or another identified entity is the worker's employer or contracting party—will be stated in the applicable assignment, employment, client-service, payroll or other written terms.

Ralli may review information and limit access to features, but a “verified,” approved or rated profile is not a guarantee of identity, conduct, qualifications, work quality, workplace conditions or future performance. Employers remain responsible for deciding whether a worker is suitable for the job and for meeting workplace obligations. Workers remain responsible for deciding whether to accept an opportunity and for raising safety or accuracy concerns.

Ralli does not guarantee any minimum number of offers, workers, shifts, hours, earnings, response time or successful match.

4. Job requests, offers and assignments

Employers must provide accurate job details, including role, duties, location, date or date range, shift times, pay or billing information, worker count, required qualifications, hazards, equipment and cancellation terms. A date range is a request window; each actual shift or assignment is governed by the details confirmed for it.

An offer is not a confirmed assignment until the Service or an authorized Ralli representative shows it as accepted, assigned or otherwise confirmed. Workers may accept or decline available offers, subject to any deadline shown. Employers and workers must review the final assignment details and promptly report an error.

Availability, job needs and circumstances change. Ralli may reassign, cancel or modify an offer or assignment where reasonably necessary, including for safety, compliance, non-payment, lack of workers, incorrect information or events beyond reasonable control. Applicable cancellation charges, reporting-pay requirements or worker compensation will be determined by the specific agreement and law.

Users must keep time, attendance, check-in and check-out records accurate. A user must not falsify hours, location, completion, expenses, credentials or assignment status.

5. Worker responsibilities

A worker using Ralli agrees to:

  • keep identity, contact, availability, work-authorization, banking, tax, certification and emergency-contact information accurate and current;
  • accept only work they are qualified, authorized, fit and available to perform;
  • arrive on time, follow lawful worksite instructions and perform accepted work with reasonable care and professionalism;
  • use required protective equipment and follow training, health, safety, security and incident-reporting requirements;
  • stop work and promptly report unsafe conditions, injury, harassment, discrimination, missing training or job details that materially differ from the offer;
  • record time and expenses honestly and not arrange an unauthorized substitute; and
  • protect confidential, personal, commercial and worksite information encountered through an assignment.

A worker must promptly tell Ralli if a required credential, authorization or certification expires, is suspended or is no longer accurate.

6. Employer responsibilities

An employer using Ralli agrees to:

  • provide truthful company, billing, worksite and job information and maintain authorized account roles;
  • comply with employment, labour, human-rights, accessibility, occupational health and safety, workers' compensation, tax, wage, scheduling and privacy laws that apply to it or the workplace;
  • provide a safe workplace, competent supervision, required orientation and training, hazard information, first-aid access, tools and protective equipment as required;
  • use workers only for the duties, place and hours disclosed, unless a lawful change is clearly agreed and recorded;
  • verify time promptly, report incidents and concerns accurately, and pay all invoices, charges and taxes when due;
  • make hiring and assignment decisions lawfully and without prohibited discrimination, retaliation or harassment; and
  • use worker information only for legitimate Ralli assignments and protect it from unauthorized access or reuse.

The employer must not ask a worker to perform illegal activity, undisclosed hazardous work or work requiring a licence or qualification the worker does not have. Unless Ralli expressly agrees in writing, an employer may not use the Service to recruit for work outside the disclosed business or transfer account access to another organization.

7. Safety, emergencies and incidents

Safety is a shared responsibility, but the person or organization controlling a workplace is responsible for its legal workplace duties. No part of the Service replaces required supervision, orientation, hazard assessment, training, protective equipment, emergency planning or incident reporting.

In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service first. Workers should stop work and contact the onsite supervisor and Ralli if they reasonably believe work presents an imminent danger. Employers and workers must promptly report injuries, threats, violence, harassment, property damage and serious safety concerns and cooperate with a lawful investigation.

8. Fees, payments, payroll and taxes

Ralli currently charges no fee to create an employer account. Job pricing, worker pay, employer charges, applicable taxes, timing and cancellation or adjustment rules are separate and will be shown in the Service or agreed in writing. Pricing may change prospectively, but a displayed estimate will not be changed for a submitted payment without your authorization.

Before a job is released to workers, the employer must pay the full estimated job amount through the payment method offered in the Service. A saved payment method alone does not fund a job. Ralli does not send worker offers or permit work to begin until the applicable payment provider confirms that the job funds have cleared.

After a shift, approved time records are reconciled against the job funds. If approved charges exceed the funded estimate, the employer must pay the shortfall before the related worker payment is released. If approved charges are lower, or a job is cancelled, unused funds are reviewed and refunded or credited after any disclosed cancellation amount, legally required worker payment, chargeback, dispute or other amount properly owing is resolved. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

You authorize Ralli and its payment providers to process job funding, additional authorized funding, payouts, refunds and adjustments using the payment method or instructions provided. Ralli records employer payments and provides payment details through the employer portal. Employers must maintain a valid payment method when required and pay undisputed amounts when due. We may pause new requests or assignments for overdue, reversed or failed payments.

Workers must provide accurate payroll and tax information and review statements and payments promptly. Any employment deductions, tax reporting or remittances are handled by the party identified in the applicable payroll or assignment documents and as required by law.

Payments and refunds are handled through Ralli’s bank using Interac e-Transfer, subject to the bank’s terms and privacy notice. Do not send full card or banking credentials through general messages or support channels.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Ralli to:

  • break a law, violate another person's rights or facilitate unsafe or fraudulent conduct;
  • harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit or mislead another person;
  • post false, illegal, deceptive or undisclosed hazardous work;
  • upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, scrape the Service or interfere with its operation;
  • copy, sell or misuse personal information, profiles, job information or Ralli content;
  • manipulate ratings, time records, referrals, payments, identity checks or account status; or
  • circumvent fees or move a Ralli-introduced working relationship off-platform in breach of applicable written client terms.

You may report suspected abuse or security concerns to Ralli. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful investigations.

10. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how Ralli handles personal information and is incorporated into these Terms. You must handle information about other users in accordance with that policy, your role, Ralli instructions and applicable law.

You agree to receive account, security, offer, assignment, payment and safety communications electronically at the contact details or device channels linked to your account. Carrier and data charges may apply. You can manage optional promotional messages, but essential service communications cannot always be turned off while an account or assignment remains active.

11. Intellectual property and user content

Ralli and its licensors own the Service, software, designs, branding and content we provide. Subject to these Terms, Ralli grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended business or work purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ralli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and share that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the Service, fulfil assignments and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. This licence ends when the content is no longer required for those purposes, subject to reasonable technical and legal retention.

“Ralli” and associated marks may not be used without our written permission. Feedback may be used by Ralli without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

12. Service availability and disclaimers

Ralli works to provide a reliable and useful Service, but availability may be interrupted and information may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions not expressly stated in a written agreement. Ralli does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a match, assignment completion, worker or employer conduct, earnings, staffing levels, or that every user-supplied statement is accurate.

Ralli is not an emergency service, legal adviser, immigration adviser, tax adviser or occupational-safety professional. Information in the Service is general and does not replace advice or duties applicable to your circumstances.

13. Responsibility and limits on liability

Each user is responsible for their own conduct, promises, content, legal compliance and breach of these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse Ralli for third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful conduct, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by Ralli's own breach, negligence or wilful misconduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ralli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunities, arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, Ralli's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 and the fees you paid directly to Ralli for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, bodily injury caused by negligence, statutory employment obligations, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumer, employment and privacy rights provided by law continue to apply.

14. Suspension, termination and account closure

You may stop using Ralli and request account closure, subject to active assignments, unpaid amounts and records we must retain. Ralli may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect safety or security, investigate suspected fraud, address non-payment, comply with law, or respond to a material or repeated breach of these Terms or applicable written terms.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. We may act immediately when delay could create risk to a person, the Service, data, funds or legal compliance. Terms that by their nature should continue—including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, responsibility, liability, disputes and record-retention terms—survive closure.

15. General terms

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised Terms with a new date and provide additional notice where a change is material. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; where law requires fresh consent, we will ask for it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights or tribunal jurisdiction, the courts located in British Columbia have jurisdiction over disputes concerning these Terms.

Other provisions

You may not transfer these Terms or an account without Ralli's written permission. Ralli may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing or sale of its business. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These Terms and applicable written terms are the entire agreement about their subject matter. Section headings are for convenience only.
