How rewards work
- $25 after the referred worker's first qualifying shift is completed and the employer payment is collected.
- Another $25 after five collected shifts.
- $100 milestone bonus at five qualified referrals.
- $500 milestone bonus at twenty qualified referrals.
- Higher achievement ranks require 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 Ralli-certified referrals.
- At 1,000 certified referrals, you are invited to interview for a paid Ralli Talent Partner or recruiting role. Employment is subject to fit, performance, eligibility, and an available position.
- The referred worker receives a $10 verification credit and a $20 first-shift bonus after their first employer-paid shift.
- Duplicate, self, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or unpaid activity does not qualify. Ralli may review rewards before payout.
